My law firm was struggling with partnership conflicts, lack of performance, and my succession. My peers and myself were nearing retirement and there were concerns the next generation would not be able to sustain the practice. We asked PTCFO to help us improve our communication, work out the partner and associate conflicts, and move the firm towards revenue growth and practice development.
